PROPERTIES OF MERIT 2010

2010 Properties of Merit have begun - Quakertown Alive! Properties of Merit strives to improve the community's image by acknowledging residential and/or commercial properties who have consistently demonstrated their community spirt through the beautification of their property.  Attractive, clean & well-maintained  neighborhoods discourage negative behavior and are key components in maintaining a healthy community.

This is the fourth year for Quakertown Alive! Properties of Merit,  and the committee is excited to have started their recommendations for this year's nominations
The area for this event includes all of Quakertown Borough which will be divided into four divisions
Meetinghouse
Park
Trolley
Row or Twin

From August 25th through September 22nd you will be able to view the nominated homes on our website.  You can then either print out a ballot from our website or visit our friends at the Michener Library, QNB, McCooles, Quakertown Borough, Sine's 5&10 and the office of Quakertown Alive! to get a ballot or deposit your completed ballot.

A reception will be held on October 19th at the Free Press Building, 312 West Broad Street, Quakertown to recognize everyone that was nominated and to announce the winners that were voted on by the public.
