10 am - 5 pm. Ninth annual event. The 300 and 200 blocks of East-bound Broad Street will be closed to accommodate the artists, performers and spectators.

Aside from the nearly 100 juried fine artists and crafters, there will be live music, dance performances, carriage rides, food, strolling performers and a children's courtyard area with magician, puppeteer and other performers, plus arts and crafts activities.
